Green Music? Meet The Duhks

I just learned about this band from motherjones.com.
Meet The Duhks, pronounced like 'ducks.'

"... the band—which spends 75 percent of their time on the road—has invested in a biodiesel van to reduce their environmental footprint.... The band is also spreading their message through Green Duhks, their sustainability project. Environmentally-minded fans can join the “Flock” and support The Duhks Sustainability Project by purchasing a “very limited edition original art poster” printed with recovered ink on 100% recycled paper."
And some video:

Cool. I'd been wondering about acts that were green. Will check these guys out.

Cool sound. I bet there are other bands out there that are green, though. Some might advertise their green image better, perhaps?

Politicizing music is not a novel thing. There is some stereotype attached to music that does the green-promoting, though, acc. to me, at least. But this sounds kind of interesting. Will give it a try.
