Karen O, Spike Jonze, and the Upcoming Feature: "Where the Wild Things Are"

I'm looking forward to Spike Jonze's upcoming Where the Wild Things Are. I'm especially looking forward to Karen O's music which will be featured in it.
The Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs and Karen O are such a strong, strong favorite.
If they are playing in your neck of the woods, make sure to go see them. Karen O is spectacular!

Kathleen Hanna and Karen O?

Lately I have been thinking about the music of Le Tigre and Bikini Kill. Naturally, I had to think of Kathleen Hanna, too. This morning it dawned on me that the reason why I am being reminded of Kathleen Hanna's music is because of The Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs' new album It's Blitz. For some reason Karen O makes me think of Kathleen Hanna. And it's not because they're that similar in terms of their musical influences or individual performance styles. Their respective music makes me, as the listener, think about similar things, hence the 'similarity' I suppose.

So, just what kind of show would I love to see happen? Well, I'd love to see Karen O of The Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs perform with Kathleen Hanna. That would be one heck of an experience.
